The photographic images were taken with a Sony Cyber-shot 3.2 Megapixel, 3x optical zoom OR Olympus SP 800UZ, 14 Megapixel digital camera, and edited in Adobe Photoshop CS2 or Photoshop CS5. The Catch My Fame JQuery Before/After plugin is perfect for displaying both original and edited images.
Tamino's blue eyes were the inspiration for this image. A combination of filters, layer effects and layer styles were used to achieve this result. (Photoshop CS2, Sony Cyber-shot 3.2 Megapixel)
This photo was taken with an Olympus SP 800UZ, 14 Megapixel digital camera. This was my first attempt at using the camera, and focusing was a bit tricky, but with time I'll learn its secrets. Photoshop gave life to this otherwise dull image. (Photoshop CS2, Olympus SP 800UZ)
This photo of Balclutha, a 256 foot square-rigged ship moored at Hyde Street Pier, San Francisco Maritime National Park, is located at the western end of Fisherman's Wharf. Alcatraz Island is in the background. I used the new content aware tool in Photoshop CS5 to removed the guy strolling on the beach. The overall appearance was brightened up with levels and curves, then unsharp mask was applied to bring out more detail in the background. (Photoshop CS5, Olympus SP 800UZ)
This publicity photo of Jang Dong Gun and Jeong Jun Ho promoting the Korean film, The Anarchists, was enhanced with curves, levels, color balance and pattern overlay, along with painting to add skin tones to Jang and Jeong. (Photoshop CS2)
To enhance this image of Jo Hyun Jae, I copied selections of the image and used layer masks and pattern overlay to create the background, border and shirt detail, then used color balance, levels and curves to further enhance the image. (Photoshop CS2)
This image was taken at Garland Ranch Regional Park in Carmel Valley, CA. The day was sunny, with a breeze and slight chill in the air, the perfect way to escape the Monterey Peninsula's dreary summer fog.
